I don’t assume there’s only one right way to solve a problem. I care more about getting things right for the patient than about being right myself. Many important dental decisions live in gray areas, and I take that responsibility seriously.

My background includes service in the Peace Corps in Armenia, which reinforced the importance of prevention, education, and practical care. Those values still shape how I plan treatment today.

In practice, I focus on careful planning, direct conversations, and standing behind the care I provide. My goal is to help patients make informed decisions they can feel confident living with over time.

Belinda oversees daily operations and keeps communication and workflow streamlined across the office. She’s often the first person patients turn to with questions or concerns and is known for being steady, approachable, and dependable. She works to create an environment where patients feel supported and nothing important falls through the cracks. 

Mario brings nearly 20 years of experience in dentistry, with hands-on knowledge of both clinical and administrative workflows. He coordinates care across departments, manages communication with specialists, and makes sure treatment plans move forward accurately and on schedule. He also oversees the office’s outreach partnership with La Feria High School. 

Christina oversees insurance and financial coordination for the office, tracking claims and following through to resolution. She ensures benefits are applied correctly, balances are accurate, and overpayments or refunds are addressed promptly. She makes the financial side of care clear and straightforward, so patients know where they stand. 

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Javier takes a precise and methodical approach to hygiene care. He pays close attention to measurements, documentation, and changes over time. His goal is to help patients understand their oral health and catch problems early. 

Frollene has been with the office for over 20 years and is known for her thorough, consistent approach. She believes preventive care should never be rushed and takes a big-picture view of patients’ health. Her style is gentle, direct, and centered on preventing bigger problems before they start. 

Ayla works primarily with the hygiene department, keeping the day running efficiently. She’s comfortable juggling priorities and adapting when things get busy. She’s also on the path to becoming a dentist (Class of 2030). 

Since 2011, Luz has worked as a dental assistant and brings a calm, steady presence to each appointment. She helps patients stay comfortable during procedures and supports the clinical team to keep visits on track. 

Paul’s background includes teaching dental assisting and working with complex cases alongside specialists. He’s detail-oriented and prepared, staying a step ahead during procedures so there are no surprises in the operatory. 

Sierra works chairside and serves as the in-office whitening specialist. She enjoys putting patients at ease, answering questions, and keeping visits relaxed. She especially likes seeing patients gain confidence in their smile. 

Monica excels in fast-paced days where precision matters. She manages supplies and prepares rooms so procedures can move forward without delays. Her role is making sure everything is ready before it’s needed.
